Dr. Anthony Mattox grew up in East Tennessee and Kentucky before coming to Memphis for his residency and pulmonary and critical care fellowship at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

He believes in listening carefully to each patient’s concerns and providing personalized, evidence-based care tailored to their needs and goals. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Mattox enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, watching his children play sports, traveling, and enjoying outdoor activities with his family.
