Billing Department
Front row left to right: Angie, Candi, Vivian, LeeAnn, Casey. Back row: Ginger, Gail, Donna, Linda. Not pictured (Carol and Tracey).
We take cash, check, visa, mastercard, and discover cards. Co-pays are expected to be paid upon check-in as well as any unpaid balances. Any unpaid balances need to be caught up or arrangements made before your appointment begins. Otherwise, you will be asked to re-schedule until payment arrangements are made.
If your account is currently in collections, you will be asked to pay 50% of your balance before your next appointment is made. We are happy to file your insurance claims for you, however, please note that you are ultimately responsible for making sure the insurance company pays your claims. We do not guarantee participation in all insurance plans so it is very important for you to check with your insurance company to make sure the individual physician is on your plan. Otherwise, you will be seeing an out of network provider and will have a larger balance.
CT Tech
Kristen.
Please remove all jewelry, belts, and any metal objects on your person. CT scans are performed with and without contrast. If a physician orders a CT scan with contrast, we will perform a blood test to check your kidney function before administering the dye. Please also inform the tech if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant. Lastly, inform the tech of all medications you are currently taking.

After check-in, the triage staff will call you back to a room to take your vital signs and perform a spirometry test. The spirometry is a breathing test which measures your lung volumes. Please don't use any inhalers immediately prior to your visit. Make sure you inform the triage staff of any symptoms or problems you are having.
