MSPS welcomes representatives to our office. Please check in with the front desk and they will give you directions on how to proceed. The physicians are in the hospital 75 percent of everyday which means when they are at the office for outpatient clinic their time is limited so they can take care of their patients in an expedient manner and return to the hospital to finish rounding on our more critically ill patients. Physicians are always available and willing to sign for samples. Our patients rely on samples to help supplement the cost of the medications and see if they are effective before spending the money on a full prescription. If you need to speak with a physician at length about a product or service you provide, scheduling a breakfast or lunch is a good option. The majority of the physicians take the time to eat lunch before returning to the hospital.
We have provided a calendar which you can access at the bottom of this page to enable you to schedule a breakfast or lunch that fits in with your schedule. In order to reserve an appointment, or to cancel one, please email lunch [at] mspulmonary [dot] com or call Jennifer Nash at 333-8427 or Cindy Suggs 333-8455. They are our liaisons for representatives. Office hours are from 8:00-4:30pm. As of April 1st, 2011, the representatives will once again be responsible for ordering the breakfast or lunch of their choice and having it delivered to the office. Breakfast can arrive anytime after the office opens. Lunches should arrive by 11:00am. There are 42 employees that work in the office including physicians. Anything you bring is very much appreciated. If you have any other concerns or requests, please ask for the administrator. THE 2012 BREAKFAST AND LUNCH CALENDAR WILL BE RELEASED ON NOVEMBER 1ST
